These guys are a fantastic ambassador for British craftsmanship and a great example of how versatile the fashion industry is here in the UK. Sunspel was new to the JA portfolio in Spring 14 and after a positive response from our customers, it was clear that this brand was going to be a keeper. This is a label which know how to do the basics, and how to do them well. Sunspel has built it’s identity around the concept of producing only simple everyday clothing from well-made beautiful fabrics – which were created in their Long Eaton factory as far back as 1937. For those who missed the introduction back at the beginning of the year, here’s a quick synopsis of Sunspel….Founded in 1860 by Thomas A Hill, the company has always been revolutionary with it’s ideas on innovative fabrics and the simplicity of clothing. They scraped the traditional wool used for underwear and swapped it for a soft lightweight....

Well after the huge dump of snow that the US have just received, I think we can all agree that the ski season is almost upon us. The following 3 months will see many of us heading off to the Alps to spend a week pretending that we’re James Bond, which means that our wardrobe needs....
