HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or give a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Christmas returns policy - We offer an extended returns policy during the Christmas period. All returns must be received by us before Sunday 5th January 2014 to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.
You can now return Internet purchases to stores - Online purchases can be returned for a refund or exchanged at any one of our 6 stores. Full details of our stores can be found on our website under Stores. Please bring a receipt or copy of your order confirmation email along with item(s) you wish to exchange or refund. All refunds are processed by our Internet Team direct onto the method of payment that was used to purchase, they are not refunded in store at point of return. All refunds are processed by the next working day after returning goods to store. A receipt will be given at point of return for your reference.
We strongly recommend for security when sending items back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered please contact our customer services team by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
SPECIAL OFFERS, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
If when you return an item, you no longer qualify for a promotional offer or discount, John Anthony may choose to cancel the discount or promotional offer on that order.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to you.
UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR
Purchased underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if items are soiled, and may be sent back.
Please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods’ if you are returning an item from outside the EU to avoid customs charges. We accept no responsibility for custom charges.
