TERMS & CONDITIONS
In
the following Terms And Conditions "us " will refer to John Anthony
(Swindon) Ltd, and "you" will refer to the details you provide in
the order form.
A contract will be formed between us and you once payment
has been deducted from the debit/credit card you provided.
ORDERING
Once you
have placed your order you will be contacted by email to confirm whether the
items are in stock.
If the items are in stock and available at the price stated
your order will be processed.
Please make sure all details in your order form
are correct.
DELIVERY
Subject to availability, cleared funds and verified
address we endeavor to deliver your order within three days.
Items will be
shipped brand new and in mint condition by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders
will be insured while in the possession of the carrier.
If your item does
not arrive within three days of placing your order please contact us.
The
delivery address can be different from the billing address on the condition
that card payment has been made using Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure
Code.
PAYMENT
All funds will be deducted from your debit/credit card before
goods are dispatched.
We will not be responsible for delays in delivery due
to your card issuer not authorising the transaction.
All prices are in pounds
sterling including VAT.

CARD SECURITY
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure
that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card
number at the time of placing your order.
It is imperative that you type your
name as it is shown on the card.
Please do not send any card details via email.
No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if sent this
way.
Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.
RETURNS
POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy
to exchange or give a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please
return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed
labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an
exchange on the day of receipt of goods. Refund timescales may vary so please
allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank
statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless
the wrong item was sent.
We strongly recommend for security when sending items
back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded
or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not
liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility
for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.
Any
items returned which do not comply with the returns policy will be sent back
at your cost and will not be accepted for a refund until the conditions have
been met.
All items must be returned by post to head office and not returned
to any of our stores.
This will not effect your statutory rights.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
We currently accept International Visa and MasterCard.
It is possible
that customs may add import duties and charges to orders placed from outside
the UK. Unfortunately this is out of our control and all extra charges are
the customer’s responsibility.
International delivery times will vary
depending on the country.
European orders should take 7-10 days
The rest of
the world please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
As long as returned items are unworn and in the condition they
were sent out you will be entitled to a full refund minus the delivery costs.
WARRANTIES
The only warranties available would be those supplied by the manufacturer.

without prior notice.
Colours are as accurate as the website, and user hardware
allows.
All contracts will be governed by the laws of England.
