Delivery

UK Orders
Subject to availability, all orders will be delivered within three working days. We will always try to send your item to you as quickly as possible, and orders placed before 1.00pm Tuesday to Friday are likely to be sent out for Next Day Delivery. During SALE time, any orders for unavailable items will be automatically cancelled and you will be emailled.

Items are shipped brand new and in mint condition using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a "signed for" service.

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch we will send you an email with an online tracking link so that you can track the progress of the package. For customers who have registered online the tracking link will also be available in their "My Account" profile under the My Order Tracking link.

Orders are insured while in the possession of the carrier.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95.
Currently we are offering FREE Delivery within the UK
If your item does not arrive within three working days of placing your order please contact us.

Orders that are less than £30 will have postage charged at £2.95. For UK orders this will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For). We can not guarantee next day delivery via this method. If your order value is greater than £30 you qualify for free delivery and we despatch your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery, for next day delivery.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address on the condition that card payment has been made using Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code.


European & International Orders

International delivery times will vary depending on the country:
European orders should take between 7-10 working days.
The rest of the world please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

We use Royal Mail AirSure or International Signed For service on all non-UK items.

Our European delivery charge is £12.50

Our International delivery charge is £20.00

Due to an agreement with Vivienne Westwood, we cannot ship orders for the brand outside of the UK.
