Y-3 YOHJI YAMAMOTO HISTORY
Y-3 is the collaboration between two great fashion brands. The Y stands for Japanese Designer Yohji Yamamoto and the 3 represents the famous 3 stripes of Adidas. This fusion was launched in the 1990s. From the outset, Y-3 was purely a collection of trainers and later sportswear clothing was added to provide a more rounded collection for the contemporary male. With simple and clean lines, Y-3 is east to wear and made from the very best of fabrics. The collection has captured the imagination of fashion followers around the world and has garnered a loyal customer fan base. Indeed some of the products produced over the years have become extremely collectable and the release of new models of footwear has been known to completely sell out the product almost immediately.
