At certain times of the year we may offer Free International Delivery. The shipping fee will be automatically deducted at checkout when this offer is live. Please note that clearance and sale items are excluded from the free international delivery promotion.
Please note if there are any discrepancies with the delivery of your order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement until we have a successful claim from Royal Mail or the courier service used. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of the postal/ courier service where delays or missing parcels are out of our hands. We will of course do everything we can by following the claims and investigation procedures set out by these services.

Once the order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email, stating the location of the store which has been selected for this service. When the order has arrived at the chosen store, you will receive another email notifying you that the order is ready to collect. All orders will be kept in store for 7 days from the collection date, after that it will be returned to our warehouse and the total value will be refunded to the payment service used when ordering.
When collecting your order proof of ID and a copy of your order confirmation must be provided. A valid driving license or passport with the same name as stated on the order or the debit / credit card used to purchase is accepted. You don’t need a printed copy of the order confirmation, showing the email on a mobile / tablet is accepted. You will be asked to sign for the order upon collection. We will always endeavour to get your order ready for collection within the estimated timescale, however due to unforeseen circumstances delays may occasionally occur. We will always keep you informed as to when your order will be delivered to store.
COVID-19 UPDATE: To minimise contact we will be signing the order confirmation on the customer's behalf. You'll be shown it and asked if it's all correct, and then the member of staff will sign it whilst in your presence. Staff are following all government guidance to ensure we keep our customers and staff safe.
Any items returned which were paid for in full using a Gift Card, will be credited back onto the original Gift Card. No new Gift Cards can be distributed. If you have used a gift card as part payment, the value paid on debit / credit card will be refunded back onto the original debit / credit card. Any balance will then be returned to the Gift Card. We are unable to refund more than what was paid onto any method of payment, other than a Gift Card. A gift card will expire 12 months after the last transaction, any balance remaining will not be refunded nor can it be exchanged for cash
Refund timescales may vary so please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we despatched the wrong item to you. We strongly recommend for security reasons, when sending items back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery for example, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package. Any items returned which do not comply with the returns policy will be sent back at your cost and will not be accepted for a refund until the conditions have been met. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Items should be returned new, unused and garment tags still attached. Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. If you wish to return underwear or swimwear please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address. You should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation and we will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you have choose a type of delivery other than the standard and least expensive method of delivery) , by the method used to pay the original transaction within 14 days.

HOW DOES IT WORK?For every £1 you spend online, you will get 1 point. 40 points equals £1, at which point you can start redeeming on your purchases or you can continue to save them up. So if you spend £200 you will gain 200 loyalty points, which converts to £5 off your next order. Simple as that.
You can view your points and their value in your account online.
Please note that this is an online only loyalty scheme, we run a separate one for stores. You can only redeem to the nearest £1, so if you have 60 points/ £1.50 you can only redeem £1 of it and the remaining 20 points/ 50p will be left on your loyalty account for a later date.
WHAT WILL I GET WITH THIS SCHEME?You will gain points with every purchase you make, which can then be either saved up or redeemed once you have 40 points.
As a loyalty member, you will get exclusive discounts every year, a special birthday treat and early access to our Sales. These will be emailed so please ensure your preferences are updated to allow John Anthony to send emails to you. This can be updated within your account under ‘Communication’.
At certain points of the year we will also be offering double points on any online purchases, giving you the opportunity to gain points even quicker.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?It’s simple really, all you need is an online account. If you already have one just log in and click the Loyalty tab, where you can register for Loyalty membership. To create an account just click the person icon at the top of the page (within the main navigation bar) and sign up, ticking the 'register for the John Anthony loyalty scheme' box.

If you return an item for a full refund where you have redeemed points, the points will also be refunded back into your loyalty account. Please note that when an order is returned where postage has been paid for, only the value of the item will be refunded and the postage will be taken from the points redeemed. For example, if you spend £100 on one item then upgrade your delivery for £5, making the total £105. If you then redeem £10 worth of loyalty points, you will only pay £95. If this item is then returned for a refund, £95 will go back onto your card and the £5 delivery cost will be taken from your loyalty account. The remaining points will be refunded back into your loyalty account. If you return any items for a refund, the points earned will be removed from your account. This is an online only loyalty scheme, there is a separate one for store purchases. You cannot redeem or gain points online to be used in store, and vice versa. Points are only earned on online transactions placed after the 11th September 2019 & you have registered to join the scheme prior to placing your order.
