DELIVERY
UK DELIVERY
Order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays) are likely to be sent out the same working day. All orders placed after 1.00pm will not be processed until the next working day, this includes orders where 'Next day Delivery' has been chosen. All orders placed after 1.00pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning (Tuesday on Bank Holidays). Most UK orders will be delivered to you within 48 hours of placing your order. Items are shipped brand new and in mint condition. Please note, due to large volumes of orders during our sale period, we can not guarantee next day delivery on all orders but we always endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Currently we are offering FREE Delivery within the UK on orders of Non-Sale items of £50 or more.
Any order under £50 incurs our standard UK DPD Delivery charge of £6.95.

As soon as your order is ready for despatch we will send you an email with an online tracking link to enable you to track the progress of the parcel. For customers who have registered online the tracking link will also be available in their "My Account" profile under the “My Order Tracking” link. Orders are fully insured while in the possession of the carrier. If your order does not arrive within three working days of placing your order, please contact us. The delivery address can be different from the billing address on the condition that card payment has been made through Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. If DPD Local is used you will receive an email the morning of delivery with a one hour delivery window for when the delivery is estimated. If a mobile number has been entered in the checkout process a text message containing the delivery window will also be sent. Using either the email or text message you will be able to track your parcel as it is on route to give within a 15 minute delivery time.
EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use UPS for all overseas orders. This is a fully tracked and insured service. Orders for China or Hong Kong will be shipped using Royal Mail/ UPS.
International delivery times will vary depending on the country and location within country.

Orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. If you refuse the delivery you will be liable for all return to sender shipment charges and fees. These charges and fees will be deducted from any refund we process.
We currently are unable to ship any orders to the following countries: Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Syria and Crimea.
If you are ordering in any language other than English via PayPal, please make sure you provide a delivery address in English so we can pocess the order for you.

BFPO ADDRESSES
Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to deliver the item to you depending on where you are in the world. Please ensure you are using the correct postcode for your station. A full list of BFPO postcodes can be found here on the gov.uk website
RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
The cost of returning an item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend for security reasons that when sending items back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. If the item is lost in transit we are not liable to refund or exchange.
Please return the goods to us in their original condition along with all labels, packaging and your completed returns form provided in your original order. If you no longer have this, one can be downloaded by Clicking Here. Footwear boxes are classed as part of the product so must be returned in the original condition (with no tape or stickers attached) - we suggest packaging it well so that the box cannot get damaged in transit. Perfume must be returned unopened and in it's original cellophane packaging. Please note we do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. We also do not accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons.

EXCHANGES
You can also request an exchange by following the above instructions but by selecting exchange on your returns form and specifying what you would like to exchange the item for. The cost of sending an item back for an exchange is covered by the customer. The exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge. During busy periods such as Sale and Christmas, we advise that you place a new order for the desired item/ size and then send the original order back for a refund. Sending an item back for an exchange during sale can mean that by the time we recieve it and process the exchange, the new item/ size could be sold out.
REFUNDS
We will aim to issue a refund or process an exchange within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your refund to be processed and clear onto the form of payment used in your original transaction.
GIFT CARDS
If you made your purchase using a John Anthony Gift Card, please keep your Gift Card safe until you’ve received your order and are happy with it. Any items returned will be credited back onto the original gift card. No new gift cards can be distributed.
Any items returned which were paid for in full using a Gift Card, will be credited back onto the original Gift Card. No new Gift Cards can be distributed. If you have used a gift card as part payment, the value paid on debit / credit card will be refunded back onto the original debit / credit card. Any balance will then be returned to the Gift Card. We are unable to refund more than was paid onto any method of payment, other than a Gift Card.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods’ if you are returning an item from outside the EU to avoid customs charges. We accept no responsibility for custom charges.
RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS TO STORE
You can return online orders to any of our 5 stores. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to receive a full refund. When returning to a store you must bring a valid receipt or a copy of your order confirmation. Refunds will be processed by the Internet Team direct onto the method of purchase, they are not refunded in store at point of return. All refunds are processed by the next working day after returning goods to store i.e goods returned Saturday will be processed on Monday. A confirmation receipt will be provided in store, showing items returned and value of any refund.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered please contact our customer services team by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

SPECIAL OFFERS, PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
If when you return an item, you no longer qualify for a promotional offer or discount, John Anthony may choose to cancel the discount or promotional offer on that order.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you buy online or by phone under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order if you so wish, provided within 14 days from the day after the day which goods come into your physical possession or the person you asked for the goods to be delivered to.

INTRODUCTION

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by email to confirm whether the items are in stock. If the items are in stock and available at the price stated your order will be processed. Please ensure all details provided in your order form are correct.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes may be used on a single online transaction before the expiry date. They are only valid on online at www.john-anthony.com and not through our high street stores and cannot be combined with any other offer, against items reduced in sale, or against the purchase of gift vouchers. If goods are returned for a refund, the code cannot be used against another transaction. The code may be withdrawn at any time by John Anthony. Some codes may have other conditions, for example it may only be applied to an order in excess of £75, excludes clearance / sale products, gift vouchers, certain brands, seasons and is only valid online. Unique promo codes are restricted to a single transaction, often have brand exclusions and cannot be used on sale items. CLICK & COLLECT
John Anthony Click & Collect service is a complimentary free service available for any purchase made at www.john-anthony.com to be collected from any of our stores. Orders placed using this service will be treated as a UK order, thus including VAT. The Click & Collect service has an estimated delivery time of 2 - 5 working days. This will depend on the day and time the order was placed, and the location of the collection.
Once the order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email, stating the location of the store which has been selected for this service. When the order has arrived at the chosen store, you will receive another email notifying you that the order is ready to collect. All orders will be kept in store for 7 days from the collection date, after that it will be returned to our warehouse and the total value will be refunded to the payment service used when ordering.
When collecting your order proof of ID and a copy of your order confirmation must be provided. A valid driving license or passport with the same name as stated on the order or the debit / credit card used to purchase is accepted. You don’t need a printed copy of the order confirmation, showing the email on a mobile / tablet is accepted. You will be asked to sign for the order upon collection. We will always endeavour to get your order ready for collection within the estimated timescale, however due to unforeseen circumstances delays may occasionally occur. We will always keep you informed as to when your order will be delivered to store.

We will collect no information which could be classed as sensitive about you unless this is given with your explicit consent. Any inaccuracies found by you will be corrected as soon as possible. All personal information held by us is kept securely in accordance with UK law and our internal security policies. LOYALTY SCHEME
If you return an item for a full refund where you have redeemed points, the points will also be refunded back into your loyalty account. Please note that when an order is returned where postage has been paid for, only the value of the item will be refunded and the postage will be taken from the points redeemed. For example, if you spend £100 on one item then upgrade your delivery for £5, making the total £105. If you then redeem £10 worth of loyalty points, you will only pay £95. If this item is then returned for a refund, £95 will go back onto your card and the £5 delivery cost will be taken from your loyalty account. The remaining points will be refunded back into your loyalty account. This is an online only loyalty scheme, there is a separate one for store purchases. You cannot redeem or gain points online to be used in store, and vice versa. Points are only earned on online transactions placed after the 11th September 2019 & you have registered to join the scheme prior to placing your order.
